Melissa Menard

Melissa Menard is an experienced Realtor currently with House of Brokers Realty, Inc. since March 2024, and previously held positions as a Realtor at Iron Gate Real Estate and NextHome Paradigm. In addition to their real estate career, Melissa serves as a Loan Officer's Assistant at Flat Branch Home Loans, a role held since July 2021, and teaches adult non-performing ballet and private yoga classes at Dancearts of Columbia since 2001. Melissa began their professional journey in real estate in 2011 and has a strong background in customer service, having also worked as an Administrator at Advanced Chiropractic & Acupuncture. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
