Hailey Short is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on community engagement and empowerment. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Advisor and Office Manager for MP Viviane Lapointe at the House of Commons of Canada since November 2021, Hailey Short previously co-founded She&Her, a platform designed to support and inspire women in leadership. Additional experience includes serving as the Manager of Events & Community Outreach at NEO Kids Foundation, where efforts were directed at raising awareness and funds for children's healthcare, as well as holding marketing and communications positions at Sudbury Airport Community Development Corporation and NORCAT. Hailey Short holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Carleton University, obtained in 2013.
