Jessica Kassis has extensive experience in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as Deputy Director at the House of Commons of Canada since October 2017, where roles include Senior Advisor for Talent Initiatives and various advisory positions related to human resources services and pensions. Prior to this, Jessica worked for the Government of Canada as a Pension Expert from September 2016 to October 2017 and managed pension and collective insurance at Katasa Groupe + Développement from March 2013 to August 2016. Education includes a Baccalaureate in Economics from the University of Ottawa, obtained from 2006 to 2011, and earlier studies at Lycée Claudel from 1997 to 2005.
