Josée Dubé

Josée Dubé is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational design, job evaluation, and management consulting. Currently serving as Senior Advisor in Classification and Organizational Design at the House of Commons of Canada since July 2020, Dubé has previously held significant roles at the City of Ottawa and Canada Post between 2003 and 2019.
