Michael Zgorzak

Michael Zgorzak, CPA, CGA, currently serves as a Senior System Support Specialist for the ERP Program at the House of Commons of Canada since February 2016, where responsibilities include implementing solutions for ERP system challenges and leading major improvement initiatives. Previously held positions include Team Lead and Senior Functional System Specialist, focusing on application quality and reporting for HR systems. Before joining the House of Commons, Michael worked at Imperial Tobacco Canada, enhancing departmental procedures as a Coordinator and reducing invoice errors as an Analyst. Early career experiences include roles in personal income tax preparation and accounting. Michael holds a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
