Rosalind Ong's work experience begins in 2002 as a Law Clerk at Wellman & Warren LLP. Rosalind then served as an Associate Attorney at Schaeffer, Lax, McNaughten and Chen in 2003, and later as an Associate at Koenig & Jacobsen, LLP from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Rosalind co-founded Rhema Law Group, P.C., where they currently serve as the Managing Partner, offering legal counsel to various corporations.
In 2010, Rosalind became the Chairman of the Board for Teen Leadership Foundation, where they served until 2014. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Co-Executive Director of V.A.N.G. - Vietnamese American National Gala, responsible for organizing and commemorating the accomplishments of Vietnamese Americans.
Since 2015, Rosalind has been the General Counsel at House of Lashes, guiding the company as it transformed from a social media brand to an internationally recognized beauty brand sold at major retailers like Sephora and Ulta. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer and Counsel at Simply Elderberry Co., an e-commerce company dedicated to providing sustainable, all-natural products to American consumers.
Rosalind Ong obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Irvine, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a legal education. Rosalind attended the University of San Francisco School of Law from 2000 to 2001, prior to their enrollment at Whittier Law School from 2001 to 2003. At Whittier Law School, they earned their J.D. degree and specialized in International Law and Comparative Legal Systems.
