Kelly Cassady, CCP, GRP has over 16 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly is currently serving as the HR Director at House of Rohl since December 2018, responsible for managing human resources-related functions. Prior to this, they worked at ROHL as the Human Resources Director starting in November 2017. Before joining ROHL, Kelly was associated with James Hardie Building Products where they held various roles including Human Resources Director in the North America Sales and Compensation department, Human Resources Director in the North America Sales division, Human Resources Director in the North Division, HRIS/Support Services Manager, Sr. HRIS/Compensation Analyst, and HRIS/Compensation Analyst. Kelly started their career as a Sr. HR Generalist at Scripps Green Hospital in 2002 and worked there until 2005.

Kelly Cassady, CCP, GRP holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork, Certified Human Resource Professional from Chapman University, Master Certified from Caliper, and Targeted Selection from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
