Koen van Rijn

Koen Van Rijn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation management and leadership roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Transformatiemanager at House of Talents NL since February 2025, Koen previously held the position of MD Sourcing Services at HeadFirst Group from February 2019 to February 2025, focusing on HR tech acquisitions. Prior to that, Koen had a substantial tenure at CGI in Nederland from November 1997 to January 2019, where multiple leadership roles were undertaken, including VP for CGI's Public Sector and various project management positions. Early career experience includes a consultancy role at Exact and a controller and IT manager position at Laarhoven design The Netherlands. Koen holds a degree from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences (1988 - 1992).
