Frank Mosar

Frank Mosar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in compliance and education. Currently serving as an independent administrator and trainer at House of Training since July 2022, Frank also holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Spuerkeess, which has been ongoing since May 2005. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at BCEE from November 2017 to July 2021, and Chargé de Cours at Université de Luxembourg from September 2005 to July 2015, where Frank taught management control courses. Frank holds advanced degrees in management sciences and political science from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
