Felicia Okpala is an experienced professional in caregiving, operations management, and administrative roles. Currently a caregiver at Remember When Homecare and a continuing care assistant at Shannex Incorporated, Felicia excels in personal care and daily living activities while fostering companionship and documenting patient needs. Felicia has a long-standing commitment to youth development as the Teen Services Coordinator for House On The Rock, providing guidance and facilitating group interactions. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Heroshe, overseeing logistics and customer support, and Administrative Manager at House of Tara International, focusing on legal negotiations and sales strategies that significantly increased profitability. Felicia holds a Higher National Diploma in Office Management & Administration and is pursuing a Certificate in CCA from Oxford International College Halifax, building upon a foundation laid by a Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School.
