Nesto Carreno has a diverse range of work experience.

Starting in 2011, they worked as a Licensed Independent Insurance Agent at Insure First. There, they presented and educated customers on insurance options, provided policies, and ensured clients had adequate coverage based on their budget.

In 2013, Nesto joined Dialog Direct as an RMA Specialist and Technical Service Lead. They were in direct contact with broadcast clients such as NBC, ABC, FOX, and HBO, handling product returns and creating systems to track inventory. They also developed a program using VBA Macros to streamline email communication. Nesto worked at Dialog Direct until 2015.

Next, in 2015, they joined Oracle as an L1 Support Engineer. In this role, they provided level one support, including problem resolution, configuration, license reconciliation, and troubleshooting. They also handled open service requests and implemented fixes. Nesto remained with Oracle until 2017.

During the same period, Nesto also started a business as the Owner of KC Sushi Bar. They managed day-to-day operations, a team of 7 employees, and implemented various systems such as payroll processing, work schedules, and inventory management. They also handled marketing and advertisement for the business. Nesto continued to run KC Sushi Bar until 2018.

In 2018, Nesto became a Product Manager at National HouseCheck, where they are currently employed.

Nesto Carreno obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Provo College-Provo. This education was received between the years 2003 and 2005. In addition to their degree, Carreno also acquired a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Agent from the Utah Association Of Realtors in February 2015.
