Emma Baker

Emma Baker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations, having held key roles at several organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations (Data, Systems & Reward) at Houseful since March 2025, Emma previously worked at Zoopla, where positions included Head of People Operations and Reward and HR Operations Manager from November 2018 to March 2025. Prior experience includes roles at JUST EAT as HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partner from January 2014 to November 2021, and various HR positions at Safestore from April 2008 to October 2013. Emma holds a CIPD Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Hertford Regional College and an educational background from Loreto College St Albans.
