Paul Stratton

Paul Stratton has a long history of working in the financial services industry. Paul began their career in 1996 as a Senior Manager at Asgard Wealth Solutions. In 2004, they moved to AXA Australia as Head of Platform Development, where they were responsible for platform strategy, business case development, and operating model development. In 2011, they became Head of Product for Retirement Solutions at MLC & NAB, where they developed the company's retirement product strategy and launched the MLC Investment Protection. In 2015, they took on the role of General Manager for Australia at DST Systems. Most recently, in 2017, they became Chief Distribution Officer at Household Capital, a specialist retirement funding provider.

Paul Stratton obtained their Masters Business Administration (Executive) from RMIT University in 2010, a Graduate Business Certificate from Curtin University in 2004, and a Retirement Management Program from Boston University Metropolitan College.
