Candice Testa

Candice Testa has been in the housing industry since 2004. Candice began their career as an Assistant Regional Manager and Property Manager at The John Stewart Company. In 2006, they moved to Preservation Partners Management Group as a Regional Property Supervisor. In 2017, they joined First Pointe Management Group as the Director of Compliance. Most recently in 2021, they were appointed Director of the Multifamily Housing Division at HouseKeys.

Candice Testa's education history includes attending Castilleja School from 1992 to 1998, The George Washington University from 1998 to 1999, Mills College from 1999 to 2001, and Northwestern University from 2020 to 2023. Candice holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Economics from Mills College and is pursuing a Master of Arts - MA in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. In addition, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including the National Center for Housing Management and the National Association of Home Builders. These certifications include Fair Housing Specialist (FHS), Tax Credit Specialist Advanced, HCCP, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and Tax Credit Specialist.
