Aaron Mertes

Aaron Mertes is a skilled freelance photographer based in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area, with extensive experience in wedding photography through roles at Orion Photo Group and Life Gallery Studio since 2020. In addition to wedding photography, Aaron specializes in real estate photography with HouseLens and has a strong background in art handling with positions at Crozier Fine Arts and ARTEX Fine Art Services, dating back to 2010. Prior experience includes serving as a museum collections specialist at the National Museum of American History and as an ophthalmic photographer at the Kresge Eye Institute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the College for Creative Studies.
