Patrick Preston

Patrick Preston is an accredited home inspector and the owner of HouseMaster Vancouver Island, a position held since 2004. With credentials from the Home Inspectors Association of BC and the National Institute of Building Inspectors, as well as licensure from the BC Consumer Protection Authority, Patrick possesses extensive expertise in home inspection. Prior to this role, Patrick accumulated a decade of experience as a carpenter and foreman in custom residential construction, specializing in various building techniques and project coordination. Patrick's educational background includes studies at CDW Engineering & Consulting, the National Institute of Building Inspectors, Malaspina University-College, Lakeland College Canada, and the University of Windsor.
