Susan Barrett Frics

Susan Barrett FRICS currently serves as the Head of Contracts & Procurement at Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal since January 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Urban Growth Company, including Chief Operating Officer and Commercial & Contracts Director from October 2019 to January 2023. Susan's extensive experience at Transport for London spans from 2000 to 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Head of Commercial Construction, overseeing commercial, procurement, and contract strategies for a £9 billion projects portfolio, and as Senior Commercial Manager for the £650 million per annum JNP Service Contract, managing commercial aspects and relationships throughout the PPP contract duration.
