Product and Program Management

The Product and Program Management team at the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal is responsible for overseeing and coordinating key aspects of the restoration project. This includes managing product development related to data and construction enablers, implementing and overseeing business change initiatives, and ensuring the security and integration of various program components. The team ensures that all project elements align seamlessly to protect the heritage of the Palace and facilitate its continued operation as the home of the UK Parliament.
