Stephen Bodin

Stephen Bodin is an accomplished 2D artist with extensive experience in the animation and visual effects industry. Currently employed at HouseSpecial, LLC since August 2014, Stephen previously worked at Netflix as a matte painter for the project "Wendell and Wild" from March 2020 to May 2022. Additional roles include freelance matte painting at Refuge VFX and Animation in 2014, and a freelance designer/illustrator at Bent Image Lab from 2009 to 2014. Stephen's professional journey also features a significant tenure at Laika from April 2006 to August 2014 as a 2D artist, and an early role at the Portland Art Museum from 2001 to 2006. Stephen's unique experience is complemented by an education at Space Camp.
