Kelly Shinnick

Kelly Shinnick has over 20 years of experience in HR and benefits management. Kelly is currently the Director of Benefits at HouseWorks LLC since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at HP Hood LLC as a Sr. Benefits Manager from November 2020 to December 2022. From November 2018 to July 2020, they served as the Director of Global Total Rewards at MKS Instruments, where they developed and implemented the company's total rewards strategy. Kelly was also the Director of Corporate Human Resources at LANDMARK MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS LLC from April 2018 to November 2018, where they managed various HR functions. Kelly has held several other HR leadership positions in companies such as Bruker, Straumann, Smith & Nephew, PAREXEL, Agri-Mark, Inc., and Datex-Ohmeda. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in benefits management, compensation, HR operations, and employee relations.

Kelly Shinnick has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fitchburg State University. Additionally, they hold a Human Resources Management (HRM) Certification from Bentley University. Kelly attended Malden High School, but no degree or field of study is specified for that institution.
