Ian Hodson Mscchmcippdip

Ian Hodson MScChMCIPPdip currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Housing 21, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Ian Hodson worked at the University of Lincoln from January 2008 to November 2023, where roles included Head of Reward and Deputy Director of People, Performance and Culture, overseeing various aspects of employee rewards and HR systems. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Shared Services Manager at HBS/Lincolnshire County Council, UK Payroll Manager at both Mars UK and Prudential/Egg Plc, and Management Accountant/Payroll Manager at GW Padley. Ian Hodson holds a Master’s degree in Reward and Business from the University of Derby and a CIMA in Accountancy from Peterborough Regional College. Formal education began at Carres Grammar School in Lincolnshire.
