Steve Clarke

Steve Clarke has over three decades of experience in financial management and accounting within the environmental and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a PFI Management Accountant at Housing 21 since October 2012, Steve specializes in producing accounts for PFI and PPP projects. Prior roles include Financial Controller at Knowaste Limited, where responsibilities involved managing financial operations for a recycling company, and Project Manager at VT Environmental Engineering, focusing on waste project accounting and management support. Steve's career began at MES Environmental Ltd, progressing from Finance Manager to General Manager, overseeing waste disposal contracts and the operation of EfW plants. Earlier experience also includes working as a Revenue Accountant at Birmingham Airport. Steve holds an ACMA degree in Accountancy from Wednesbury College and has a foundational education from Dudley Grammar School.
