Louis Prezeau

Louis Prezeau has held various leadership roles in community and economic development organizations, including serving as the Division Director for Community and Economic Development at La Casa de Don Pedro. With a background in finance/accounting, Louis has managed teams and implemented programs to support affordable housing, commercial revitalization, and disaster recovery efforts. Currently, as the Director of Housing Counseling and Community Investments at the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey, Louis is responsible for providing training, technical assistance, and resources to members to promote affordable housing and vibrant communities in the state.
