Kelly Cooney

Kelly Cooney possesses extensive experience in housing and community development. Since January 1999, Kelly has served as a Housing Specialist at the Housing Assistance Council, focusing on the creation of affordable homes in rural America through initiatives that empower low-income families. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Redevelopment Specialist at the Fulton County / City of Atlanta Land Bank Authority, Inc., where efforts concentrated on enhancing the development and redevelopment landscape for affordable housing in the Atlanta area. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University.
