Leonel Parra

Leonel Parra has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Leonel started their career at GE, where they held various financial leadership positions across multiple business units and countries. Leonel then served as the Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff for Risk & Finance Strategic Operations at Freddie Mac, where they played a crucial role in integrating risk and finance operations. Parra also worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at United Way Worldwide, providing financial and strategic leadership for the global non-profit organization. Prior to that, they were a Certified Mentor/Consultant at SCORE Mentors, advising small-business entrepreneurs. Parra's most recent role was as the Chief Financial Officer at the Housing Assistance Council, where they built a sophisticated finance and business solutions organization.

Leonel Parra has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua. Leonel also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
