Zhanna Yermakovych

Zhanna Yermakovych is a seasoned housing professional currently serving as a Housing Specialist at the Housing Authority of Snohomish County since February 2020. Zhanna has prior experience as a Residential Manager at SERVICE ALTERNATIVES from November 2017 to April 2021, and as a Customer Service Representative/Manager at TF between September 2008 and November 2017. Zhanna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Child Youth and Families Support obtained from Edmonds College between 2020 and 2022, as well as an Associate of Arts in Social and Human Services, earned from the same institution from 2014 to 2019.
