Britney Chine

Britney Chine, MA, is a seasoned professional in workforce development and human resources, currently serving as Workforce Development Manager and Program Manager at HACLA since November 2019. In this role, Britney manages community involvement in Watts, particularly at Nickerson Gardens, leading the Jobs Plus Initiative to support over 400 adults with a substantial budget exceeding $4 million. Prior to HACLA, Britney held the position of Program Director/HR Manager at Los Angeles Metropolitan Churches from April 2010 to November 2019, where responsibilities included comprehensive HR support and the development of job descriptions for various staff roles. Additionally, Britney served as Human Resources/Accounting Manager at multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations from January 2014 to June 2017.
