Juan F. Crespo is an experienced project manager and industrial mechanical engineer with a robust background in construction and project management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Project Manager at HACLA strategic development since July 2023, Juan previously held positions such as Superintendent at AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc., where oversight included the La Prensa Apartments project, and Chief Project Manager at Bluewater Plumbing & Fire Protection, Inc. Juan's engineering expertise was further demonstrated during roles at GLENCORE-XSTRATA ZINC and INGENIEROS CONSTRUCCION Y NAVES, where responsibilities included budget management and technical control. A strong educational foundation includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from UNIVERSIDAD DE LEON and training in Safety and Quality systems from Universidad de Oviedo. Additionally, Juan is certified in occupational safety and health through OSHA.
