Vickie Morgan Williams has over 30 years of experience in human resources, with leadership roles at companies such as MGM Studios, Kmart Corporation, and Tulsa Housing Authority. Vickie served as the Manager of Employee Relations at MGM Studios, Human Resources Manager at Kmart Corporation, and currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Tulsa Housing Authority.

Vickie Morgan Williams possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from LeTourneau University, obtained in 1996. Prior to this, they attended Oral Roberts University in 1971-1972. Vickie'ssecondary education was completed at Muskogee High School.
