Sherae McNeal

Sherae McNeal is a Partner at O'Guinn McNeal Attorneys at Law since April 1996. Currently serving as a Hearing Officer for the Housing Opportunities Commission and the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County, responsible for presiding over Grievance and Informal Review hearings. Previously affiliated with the Orphans' Court for Howard County as an Associate Judge and Chief Judge. Graduated with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 1991, after completing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland College Park in 1988.
