Anneke Timmermans

Anneke Timmermans has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Regisseur Woningen at Wooncompagnie since March 2021, overseeing a team of approximately 35 individuals in asset management, maintenance, and new development. Previously, Anneke held roles at Greystar from October 2016 to February 2021 as Director of Investments and Senior Project Manager, focusing on acquisition and project development. Earlier experience includes positions at Heijmans, where responsibilities spanned from acquiring new projects to property development, as well as roles in recruitment coordination and market research at CLOK and Bouwfonds. Anneke holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Studies from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
