Tammie Fitzpatrick

Tammie Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience. Tammie is currently the Chief Operating Officer at HDC MidAtlantic, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Real Estate Operations at HDC MidAtlantic from August 2021 to January 2023. Tammie also worked at Community Basics, Inc as the Director of Development from August 2016 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as an Architect at LeFevre Funk Architects from June 2006 to August 2016, and as an Intern Architect at Miranda Architects from July 2004 to May 2006.

Tammie Fitzpatrick pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Virginia Tech. This educational endeavor lasted from 1999 to 2004, during which they focused on studying architecture.

In more recent years, Tammie pursued higher education at Georgetown University, where they completed a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development. This program took place between 2018 and 2020, providing Tammie with specialized knowledge in the field of real estate development.
