Anil Farmah Chartered FCIPD is an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Consultant and Coach currently associated with multiple organizations including AF Learning, MGI Learning, Housing Diversity Network, Housemark, and Cranfield School of Management. Anil has held significant roles such as Strategic Partner - OD Lead at Community Housing and OD and L&D Partner at Solihull Community Housing. Previous experience includes leadership roles in Learning and Development at Midland Heart and Accord Group. Anil's educational credentials include a Master's degree in CIPD (upgraded to Fellow in 2019), Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and various qualifications in coaching, training, and project management.

We are dedicated to supporting organisations in addressing inequality, maximising their workforce potential, and catering to the diverse needs of their communities. One of the key ways HDN achieves its mission is through our events and webinars, as well as our tailored training and consultancy services.
