Megan Henderson is the Head of Corporate Services at Leeds Federated Housing Association Limited since July 2019 and serves as a Board Member for Harrogate Housing Association Limited, actively participating on the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee. With extensive experience in human resources, Megan has worked in various roles at Leeds Federated Housing Association since 2003, including HR Manager and Corporate Support Officer, and has received recognition as Employee of the Year. Additionally, Megan is a mentor with the Housing Diversity Network, an Ambassador and Board Member for Women In Social Housing, and previously chaired the Yorkshire, Humber and North East HR Group for NHF. Educationally, Megan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Leeds Beckett University and a BA Hons in Textile Design from The Glasgow School of Art.

Housing Diversity Network is a not-for-profit social enterprise and membership organisation with over 170 member organisations across England and Scotland. We are dedicated to supporting organisations in addressing inequality, maximising their workforce potential, and catering to the diverse needs of their communities. One of the key ways HDN achieves its mission is through our events and webinars, as well as our tailored training and consultancy services. We understand that every organisation is unique and faces its own challenges in promoting diversity and inclusion. Therefore, our approach is not one-size-fits all but is instead individualised to meet the specific needs and goals of each organisation.
