Nick Butler is a seasoned professional in the housing and maintenance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Capital Investment and Planned Investment at Southern Housing since November 2021, where responsibilities include strategic asset investment planning, budget management, and team leadership. In addition to current roles as Reinvestment Delivery Manager at Littlehampton and Rustington Housing Association, Board Member for LRHS, and Mentor at the Housing Diversity Network, Nick has previously held managerial positions at Three Sixty Maintenance, K&T Heating Services, and Butler Heating Ltd., among others, accumulating extensive experience in property maintenance, operations management, and customer service since starting in the industry in 2000. Nick possesses technical qualifications in gas, plumbing, and electrical services and emphasizes high standards of health and safety, team development, and effective communication throughout career endeavors.

We are dedicated to supporting organisations in addressing inequality, maximising their workforce potential, and catering to the diverse needs of their communities. One of the key ways HDN achieves its mission is through our events and webinars, as well as our tailored training and consultancy services.
