Guster Kayinja

Guster Kayinja currently serves as the Deputy Director of Operational Risk Management at the Bank of Uganda, a position held since October 2012. Additionally, Guster Kayinja holds the title of General Manager for Credit at Housing Finance Bank, also beginning in October 2012. Guster Kayinja earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Makerere University between 2001 and 2003.
