Collin Webb is an experienced housing stabilization specialist and case manager with a diverse background in various support roles within the community service sector. Currently serving as a Housing Now Housing Stabilization Specialist-Case Manager III at Housing Matters since May 2022, Collin supports case managers by conducting client interviews and developing housing stability plans. Previous roles include Emergency Warming Shelter Supervisor at The Free Guide, where responsibilities encompassed client safety and staff training, and YHDP Resource Center Case Manager at Encompass Community Services, providing clinical support to clients in crisis. Collin has also held supervisory and counseling positions in multiple youth and residential programs, demonstrating a strong commitment to client care and effective team management.

Formerly known as Homeless Services Center, Housing Matters is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the largest local organization addressing homelessness in Santa Cruz County. Our mission is to partner with individuals and families to create pathways out of homelessness into permanent housing. Donor contributions support our emergency shelter programs (including housing navigation and placement), personalized case management, day services with showers and bathrooms open to the public, on-site supportive services, and the construction of permanent supportive housing—now underway—for our unhoused neighbors most in need.
