Ken Silverman

Ken Silverman currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Housing Opportunities Commission, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ken was the Director of Legislative and Government Affairs at the same organization. Ken's governmental experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for Montgomery County Councilmember Hans Riemer and as Senior Legislative Aide for Montgomery County Councilmember Nancy Navarro. Ken's early career featured roles such as Teaching Assistant at William & Mary Law School, Intern at the Maryland Court of Appeals, and Campaign Manager for Hans Riemer for County Council. Ken holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Skidmore College.
