Paul Downing

Paul Downing, MBA, MS IT, is the Vice President of Operations and Information Systems at Housing Partnership Network. Paul has a strong background in leading cross-functional teams, managing information systems/technology, and developing critical enterprise systems. Paul's experience includes roles in IT, project management, and CRM consulting for various organizations such as Pearson, ATC Associates, Remedy Corporation, Houghton Mifflin, and the US Army. Their education includes a Master of Science in Information Technology, an MBA with a Finance Concentration, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
