Sarah Baker currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Housing Services Corporation, a position held since 2011, and has also held the title of Director of Strategy & Communications within the same organization. Previously, Sarah worked for the Ontario Government from 2006 to 2010 as Chief of Staff to a Minister and served as a Program Analyst in the Conservation Bureau at Ontario Power Authority for a year. Sarah began their career in the Ontario Government as an Energy Advisor in the Conservation, Energy Efficiency & Renewables Office from 2004 to 2005. Academically, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from York University and a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Political Science from Western University.
