Heather Garland

Heather Garland is a Certified HUD Housing Counselor currently working at HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR THE SOUTHWEST. Previously, Heather has held positions as a Human Resources Director at Purgatory Resort and Oil and Gas. With a background in learning and development, Heather has also worked as a Director at United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley and Bridgepoint Education.
