Elon Metoyer has a comprehensive work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Elon started their career as a Real Estate Analyst at Robert Charles Lesser & Co in 1992. Elon then moved on to Progressive Redevelopment, Inc as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1996. After that, they joined Banc of America Community Development Corp and held multiple roles including Senior Vice President and Regional Manager in the Southeast and Midwest regions. Elon worked at Banc of America Community Development Corp from 1996 to 2006. Following their tenure there, they joined Ballast Point Group as a Market Partner from 2006 to 2007. Elon then worked as a Principal at Quinnco Investments, LLC from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Senior Vice President of Development at New Urban Development, LLC, where they managed the entire development process. Currently, since 2018, they are the Senior Vice President of Development at Housing Trust Group, LLC, where they oversee the acquisition and development of large-scale mixed-use projects.

Elon Metoyer completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley in 1991. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1993, they pursued a Masters of Arts degree in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
