Jason Larson

Jason Larson has extensive experience in the development and management of affordable housing projects. Jason is currently the Senior Vice President of Development at Housing Trust Group, LLC since February 2021. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Development at Housing Trust Group from August 2014 to February 2021. Before that, they worked at Creative Choice Group as the Vice President - Development from May 2001 to July 2014, where they were responsible for the entire development process of various real estate developments. Their expertise includes financial analysis, site selection, legal matters, financing, design, construction, and property operations. Jason's career in the housing industry began at Ocwen Financial Corporation, where they worked as an Analyst in the Affordable Housing Group from March 1997 to May 2001.

Jason Larson received their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University in 1995.
