Christopher Trevisani

Christopher Trevisani has extensive work experience in the field of development and business growth. Christopher currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc, where they have been working since February 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Development at the same company starting from September 2018. Christopher joined Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc in September 2015 as a Director of Development.

Before joining Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc, Christopher worked as a Principal at Investment Fund Advisory Group starting from March 2009. Christopher also worked as a Managing Member at 123 East Water Street from 2000 onwards.

Christopher has held various roles in the development sector. Christopher worked as the Vice President of Development at Green National from June 2019 to February 2020, where they were responsible for new tax credit developments and the growth of the multi-family housing portfolio. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Development, Northeast, at Calamar from February 2014 to September 2015. From April 2003 to March 2009, they worked as the Director of Development at The Baker Companies. Christopher started their professional career at Hines, where they worked as a Project Manager from October 1998 to April 2003.

Christopher Trevisani received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Union College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Christopher further pursued their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development, which they completed in 1998.
