Carrie Smith, LMSW, LCDC, currently serves as a Licensed Domestic Violence Counselor at the Houston Area Women's Center since November 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Program Therapist at Discovery Behavioral Health from March 2022 to November 2022, and a Client Service Account Manager at J.P. Morgan from January 2006 to March 2022. Additionally, Carrie has held roles as a Mental Health Counselor at Montgomery County Woman’s Center and as an LCDC-I at both Houston Northwest Rehab and Career and Recovery Resources, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
