Pamela Huewitt

Pamela Huewitt has over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Pamela started their career as an Employee Relations Manager at Bausch & Lomb in 1986. Pamela then worked as a Human Resources Manager at May Department Stores from 1988 to 1991, where they focused on employee recognition programs and customer service. Huewitt served as an HR Director at ServiceMaster from 1993 to 1997, where they managed a large team and handled various aspects of employment and diversity. At CNA Insurance, they held the position of HR Director for the Property & Casualty business from 1997 to 2011, overseeing HR strategies for a nine-state region. Pamela later became a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Houston Community College from 2012 to 2014, providing HR services and consulting to college management. Currently, Huewitt is the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Houston Area Women's Center, where they lead the human resources team, implements employment policies, and manages performance and compensation systems.
