Rachel Koenig

Rachel Koenig is the Director of Human Resources at Houston Ballet. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. Rachel began their career in human resources at the University of Houston, where they served as the Director of Career Services for three years. Rachel then went on to work for Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (CGX) as the National Manager of Recruiting & Development. After a brief stint at Baker Botts L.L.P., Rachel joined the Houston Independent School District (HISD) as the Manager of Leadership Recruitment & Selection. Rachel spent five years at HISD before joining Stewart & Stevenson LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held for six years. Rachel is a highly respected human resources professional and is widely recognized for their expertise in talent management and leadership development.

Rachel Koenig has a doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Houston. Rachel also has a master's degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University.
