Carlos Villagrana

Carlos Villagrana is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in program development and leadership. Currently serving as a Program Officer at Houston Endowment since May 2020, Carlos previously held the position of Managing Director of the Teaching Excellence Program at YES Prep Public Schools, focusing on enhancing teacher effectiveness through coaching and professional development.
