Misty Milam Berger

Misty Milam Berger, MBA, currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Houston Eye Associates, leading multiple business lines including physician practices, optical clinics, an ambulatory surgery center, and a laboratory since July 2019. Prior to this, Misty held the position of Administrator/CEO at HCA Healthcare, where management of a multi-specialty surgery center involved overseeing various operational functions and facilitating over 5,000 surgical procedures annually. Misty's diverse experience includes roles in surgical sales and pharmaceutical sales with companies such as Forest Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi-Aventis, and Biovail, as well as serving as Health Service Manager at Concentra Urgent Care. Misty holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
