Martha Alicia Garza

Martha Alicia Garza, CEM, CVP has extensive work experience in event and facility management. Martha Alicia worked at the Houston First Corporation from 2009 to the present, starting as a Convention Services Manager and later being promoted to Sr. Operations Manager and Director of Facilities Services. In these roles, they oversaw event planning, coordination, and execution, as well as managed facilities and supervised staff. Prior to that, Martha worked as an Administrative Assistant for the City of Houston from 1996 to 2009.

Martha Alicia Garza, CEM, CVP attended Houston Community College, although specific details regarding the degree and field of study are not provided. Martha Alicia obtained their CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management) certification from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) in May 2016.
